Loreal Infallible Concealer Review

Hey Beauties!

Loreal Infallible Full Wear Concealer

This is new to our pharmacies and the moment I spotted this in store I grabbed it. I absolutely love the Infallible line from loreal and I was hoping I wouldn’t be disappointed with this concealer.

As per the website:

Shape, Cover, & Contour. Full Coverage Concealer.

Be Unstoppable. Experience full-on coverage and full-face wear for up to 24 hours. New Full Wear Concealer is our highest coverage formula in our widest concealer shade range ever. L’Oréal Paris Full Wear Concealer provides full coverage with a flawless matte finish. This multi-use formula conceals imperfections while doubling as a contour/highlight product. Shape your face by going 1-2 shades deeper to contour and 1-2 shades lighter to highlighter and brighten. Our extra large applicator provides maximum coverage in one stroke to cover under-eye circles, acne scars, and discoloration. Our waterproof, non-greasy formula won’t transfer, fade, or flake so your full coverage look is locked in all day. A little goes a long way! Available in 25 full coverage shades for every skin tone.

How to:

Apply concealer directly on to imperfections and blend with finger, a brush or blender. Pro Tip: To best conceal dark circles, apply in a triangle under each eye and blend.

Available in 25 shades. Contains 11ml of product. 6 month expiration date. I purchased mine at Clicks Pharmacy for R129. Also available at Dischem Pharmacy and Foschini.

My Experience:

I love the packaging of this concealer and pattern on the lid. It contains a big doe foot applicator which makes it easier for application as I don’t need to dip into the product multiple times to scoop product out.

There were limited shades in store, in fact I’ve never seen a complete full shade range in store as it claims online how many shades it comes in. Anyway, thankfully I managed to purchase the shade 335 Caramel which is my perfect match.

I wore this specifically with a light coverage foundation where my freckles were still prominent after application.

I applied this with no color corrector (salmon or orange) underneath my eyes which is what I normally do before applying concealer. Using the doe foot applicator I applied this under one eye, then dipped it one more time to apply more product under the other eye. I dipped in one more time to apply down the center of my face i.e. nose, sides of my lips, chin and above my cupids bow. The formula on this is thick but very creamy. You would need to blend this out quite quickly, I would suggest applying under one eye, blend it out and then apply on the other under eye as it dries down and sets quickly.

The coverage is extremely full coverage and you do not need to apply tons of product too. This covered my dark circles, the freckles that were peeking through and concealed the grey tones around my mouth. I have dry skin and setting this with tons of powder or baking would not be ideal for someone like me. If you have oily skin or your t-zone gets very oily, apply this concealer and bake would be very beneficial and extremely long lasting.

This lasted the entire day on my skin, I did not need to touch up (not that I like touching up throughout the day as well) and it did not crease under my eyes too.

Overall conclusion:

I’m very happy with this concealer. It’s become top shelf especially if you looking for a concealer that will last the entire day or night and not budge, especially during the summer as it won’t move. It’s also very full coverage but you can customize how much product to use incase you would want to sheer it out. This can be used in place of a foundation or to conceal and sculpt the face. I would definitely recommend this concealer for all skin types.

Have you tried this concealer yet? What are your thoughts?

Thanks for stopping by 😊
