This blurs my pores, allows for an even base with no texture to be appeared on my skin. It does not prolong my makeup in my opinion but it definitely helps with the overall smoothness of my skin which is what I grab when my texture and pores are really predominate.
As per the website:
Optical corrector for perfect skin with a smooth, even complexion. Combines a CC cream’s skin tone correcting properties with a blur’s ability to minimize skin imperfections.
In addition, special ingredients in Skin Trainer CC Blur capture the light which is then reflected on the face for a radiant glow.
The velvety texture is lightly coloured. Available in four shades to meet the needs of all skin tones:

Apply before make-up by dabbing and blending small quantities of product all over your face. Do not rub it in.
This too blurs my imperfections, fine lines and pores. It does make my skin appear very matte though and I tend to wear this with dewy foundations and other hydrating and dewy products.
As per the website:
This new generation of primer is a lightweight serum-like formula that increases the spreadability of subsequent complexion makeup to help avoid the unnatural and uneven accumulation of pigments especially around the eyes and on dry skin. The formula also acts as a light, non-oily surface hydrator for a natural dewy look.
Use as the last step in skincare regimen as a makeup primer. If irritation occurs, cease use and consult a physician. Use only as directed on unbroken skin. Patch testing prior to use is advised. Refer to our in-depth guide to patch testing. Keep out of reach of children.
I love the consistency and how extremely light-weight this serum primer is. It makes my skin feel smooth yet it does not provide a matte appearance like the previous primers mentioned does. My skin appears hydrated and skin-like. I can wear this primer with almost foundation as it can mesh well any formula.
As per the website:
Liquid Gold. Underneath foundation, the fine golden shimmer offers a subtle glow effect, which is even more intense when applied solo. The handy pipette applicator allows a simple and accurate dosage. Thanks to its neutral shade, the primer is suitable for all skin tones.
The Light Correcting Serum Primer can be applied solo for a gorgeous glow or underneath foundation to make it last longer. Mixed into body lotion, the formula offers an all-over glow, or it can be used to set targeted accents. Highlights on the collarbone, neckline or legs emphasize your best features.
This appears very glowy with fine specks of shimmer. Although it’s marketed as a serum primer, my initial expectation was that it would sink into my skin and appear fresh and glowing. It does leave my skin appearing dewy with a sheen but it does not sink into my skin. I use this on the high points of my face as a primer but most of the time I mix it with matte or satin foundations. I don’t use this on my decollette or body as suggested as I do own body illuminators which I think would be better suited, but on my face it performs well especially as a mixing medium as it does not compromise the formula of any foundation.
The emblematic foundation base by CHANEL, an iconic favorite of professional makeup artists. Magical, it instantly illuminates the complexion with a subtle halo of light and perfectly evens out the skin’s texture. Essential, it facilitates the application of foundation and prolongs its hold. Multi-use, it offers numerous makeup results.

• As a foundation base: apply LE BLANC DE CHANEL to the entire face to even out and smooth away imperfections.
• As a concealer: conceal redness and dark circles by applying LE BLANC DE CHANEL directly to the areas requiring correction.
• As an illuminating base: add a drop of LE BLANC DE CHANEL to your foundation prior to application or directly to skin underneath foundation.
• As a radiance booster: after applying foundation, enhance your makeup result by using LE BLANC DE CHANEL to add touches of light to key facial areas (forehead, chin).
• Witch hazel extract to reduce the appearance of pores
• Silica and mica powders of mineral origin to mattify the complexion
• Liquorice extract to even out the skin’s texture
• A moisturizing complex to restore softness and absolute comfort.
I use this primer most of the time as I do have dry skin. This is a very moisturizing, hydrating and illuminating primer which I do love. The skincare benefits is a bonus and justifies the price tag. I also love wearing this without makeup as a moisturizer or underneath my sunscreen during the day. It can be used with any foundation I own whether it’s a matte, dewy or satin finish and it does not accentuate any texture or pores.
